mGuide GST is a wireless communication system that streamlines communication and facilitates work organization in the HORECA industry.

mGuide GST is ideal for communication between:

• the kitchen or pass, and the wait staff in a restaurant,
• waiters and the back of house, e.g. at special events,
• the floor manager and staff during catering service or receptions,
• hotel reception and housekeeping or security staff.

The mGuide G1 radio station located in the kitchen at the pass serves as a coordination center for waiters. The kitchen assistant operating the pass can notify waiters via the radio station’s microphone about a ready order waiting for pickup. The PTT button that activates transmission can be operated using a special foot PTT pedal (FS-01 – foot PTT button for SM-01) hands-free, as hands may be occupied with work.
Meanwhile, waiters equipped with pocket-sized G2 radios with discreet headset-microphone sets can instantly place drink orders to the bar or confirm their readiness to pick up orders from the pass.

In a hotel, the mGuide GST set can also be used to coordinate the work of the housekeeping team. When a guest leaves the room, the staff member checks the room and mini-bar status, reporting via the pocket-sized G2 radio to reception.

During events, banquets, or outdoor functions, GST radio sets in any configuration of G1 and G2 devices can be used to coordinate catering staff, security, lighting crew, or event coordinators.
