QUICK CHECK

Before sending your devices – check them in 60 seconds

Often, the cause of a problem lies in minor setting errors. Checking the points below can save you time associated with packing, shipping, and servicing your devices, restoring full functionality in moments.

Step 1: Channel and power check
Compatibility: Are the transmitter and receiver definitely set to the same channel?

No conflicts: Ensure no other transmitter nearby is operating on the same channel.

Power: Check if the batteries are fully charged. A weak battery is the most common cause of signal "interruption".
Step 2: Receiver status verification
Volume setting: Check that the receiver volume is set to maximum (or an appropriate, audible level). Make sure it hasn't been accidentally muted.

Transmitter mute status: Ensure the transmitter's mute function is off.

Indicator: This usually means the green LED on the transmitter should not be flashing (or should be continuously lit, depending on the model). If it flashes, it often indicates active muting.
Step 3: LED (status indicator) analysis
Correct connection status: Check the status of the LEDs on both devices.

Expected status: The LEDs on the transmitter and receiver should glow a continuous green. A continuous green light usually indicates a stable connection and readiness for operation.
