mGuide GST is a wireless communication system that streamlines communication and facilitates work organization in the HORECA industry.

mGuide GST is perfect for communication between, for example:

• the kitchen or pass-through area and the waitstaff in a restaurant,
• waiters and the back-of-house, e.g., during special events,
• the maître d’ and staff during catering service or parties,
• the hotel reception and cleaning staff or security.

The mGuide G1 radio station, located in the kitchen at the food pass-through area, serves as a coordination center for waiters. The chef’s assistant managing the pass-through can use the radio microphone to notify waiters about a ready order awaiting pickup. The PTT button, which activates transmission, can be released using a special foot PTT pedal (FS-01 – foot PTT button for SM-01) without using hands, which may be busy with work.
Meanwhile, waiters equipped with pocket-sized G2 radios and a discreet headset can instantly place drink orders at the bar or confirm their readiness to pick up orders from the pass-through.

In a hotel, the mGuide GST set can also be used to coordinate the work of the room cleaning crew. When a guest leaves the room, an employee checks the room and mini-bar status, reporting it to the reception via the pocket-sized G2 radio.

During events, banquets, or outdoor parties, GST radio sets, in any configuration of G1 and G2 devices, can be used to coordinate the actions of catering staff, security, lighting operators, or those responsible for the event’s script.
