Restaurant
When taking an order at the table, a waiter can directly transmit it to the kitchen. They can also ask the chef a question if a customer has comments or special requests regarding the dish being served. When the order is ready, the "pass" can relay this information directly to the specific waiter, eliminating the need for them to constantly check the back of house for the ordered dish. Waiters can also communicate with each other without involving the kitchen.

In hotels, coordination among team members, such as the housekeeping staff or reception with other employees, is important. Properties are often quite large, with staff distributed across various points.

mGuide GST
The system consists of:
- mGuide GST G2 pocket intercoms in the form of personal radios for staff, e.g., waiters, busboys, bartenders, cleaning crew, or security
- a discreet headset with a unique, almost invisible earpiece tube
- the mGuide GST G1 central unit for team communication, which, thanks to its built-in speaker, can serve as an information hub, and also, thanks to its built-in Bluetooth module, can function as an audio amplification system and music source.

Foot Pedal FS-01
The button allows hands-free operation of the desktop microphone. Simply press it with your foot to activate the microphone. Your hands remain free at all times. The chef or kitchen assistant does not have to interrupt their duties to answer questions from a waiter in the dining room or to call them for a ready dish. It's also a quick way to convey information on the go.
Microphone SM-01
Gooseneck microphone. Can be used with or without the foot pedal. It features a Push-To-Talk button, which you simply press to transmit information directly to the earpiece of a waiter in the dining room, a hotel employee in another part of the building, or a security guard. The SM-01 microphone can be placed, for example, at the kitchen pass in a restaurant or at the reception desk in a hotel.
Hands busy cooking are not a problem
Messy hands, busy cooking in the kitchen, are an everyday reality. This can make it difficult and discouraging for potential users to utilize any devices in their kitchen. The mGuide GST system can be used hands-free! The system can be expanded with the FS-01 foot pedal and the SM-01 desktop microphone, allowing for almost touchless operation. Simply press the button on the floor and speak into the microphone standing on the kitchen counter.
